SCHILLING - Aluminum gantry crane

The aluminium gantry crane. Heavy loads, easily moved.

A height- and length-adjustable crane system that offers maximum fl exibility thanks to its variable adjustment options.

The SCHILLING aluminium gantry crane can be erected and dismantled in a very short time and with relatively little effort.
No structural modifi cations (e.g. dowel fastenings or similar) are necessary. Lightweight construction, with extremely high stability.

In the stationary version, the height of the four adjustable feet can be set individually and independently of each other and thus
optimally adapted to the local conditions. Absolute stability for all load applications.

  The lateral stands can be folded up effortlessly and can therefore be stowed, stored, and transported in a space saving manner.

• One fixable park brake trolley
  The trolley is used to hold the chain hoist or alternatively the lifting straps.
  Even under full load, the trolley is infinitely adjustable and can be locked in any position.

• Two bump stops
  As collision protection for the trolley

• One integrated horizontal adjuster
  Through the use of the horizontal adjuster the usable length of the aluminium Gantry Crane can be adjusted smoothly between the two lateral stands.
