Manufacturer of Lifting Equipment from Germany

A global player with regional roots

Since 1999, SCHILLING Crane and Lifting Technology GmbH has established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of cranes and lifting products in the German and European markets and continues to record growing success worldwide. As a medium-sized company, we remain independent, clearly structured, and, above all, customer-focused.

We are active in the market with our own development and production. Most of our products feature lightweight construction – ranging from standard catalog items to customized special solutions. Our gantry cranes, tripods, multi-lifts, slewing cranes, and cross beams make every day work easier for users in trade, crafts, commerce, and increasingly in industry.

Our products are 100% Made in Germany. The individual components are manufactured at our production site in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. Thanks to our extensive in-house production, we ensure consistently high quality standards. Only a few external parts, such as laser-cut components, are sourced from regional partners in southern Germany.

Truly Sustainable at Lake Constance

We not only lift loads – we lift responsibility

For us, sustainability is not a buzzword, but a responsibility we live in development, production, and daily operations.

Our cranes and lifting systems are designed to conserve resources, be durable, and operate reliably for many years. That’s what we call sustainable quality. Thanks to our lightweight designs, SCHILLING products require less material, can be moved and transported more energy-efficiently, and contribute to CO₂ reduction in production and logistics processes. Manufacturing takes place 100% in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance – with regional partners, short delivery routes, and a high level of in-house production that ensures transparency and control at every step.

But sustainability doesn’t stop at our products. We take a holistic, cross-disciplinary approach to improving our processes – from optimized logistics workflows to globalization and digital interfaces that promote automation and efficiency. In this way, we combine ecological and regional responsibility with technological progress – for the benefit of our customers and the environment. We are happy to advise you on the various possibilities for crane automation and process optimization or show you how our custom products can benefit your operations.
