Horizontal alignment - flexible and possible at any time with SCHILLING

Especially when using the crane in the open air, where a level hall floor is not always given. The gantry crane is a mobile lifting device that is then very often used. The gantry crane offers an ideal alternative solution wherever the installation of an indoor crane would be too costly or even impossible.

Thanks to the individual side sections, the lightweight ALU gantry crane can be flexibly adjusted in height. Due to its low weight, it can also be lifted and moved more easily than a crane made of steel. The SCHILLING gantry crane is adjusted in height via an adjustment grid. This means that the gantry crane can also be used in inclined positions with a level alignment and it thus adapts to the various requirements in each case.

Even if the alignment at the customer's site is still slightly slanted, the load to be carried can be transported safely and precisely thanks to the locking device in the trolley. The trolley of the gantry crane is smooth-running and equipped with a locking device. In the application shown here, it would have been better if the height difference had been compensated horizontally with the adjustable feet.
