Customized production for Sweden – customized aluminium gantry crane

INITIAL SITUATION: High, higher, highest. We are almost at the upper roof edge of a two-story house. The dimensions of this custom-made alu gantry crane are respectable. A load capacity of 2.000 kg, two aluminium beams with an overlength of 7.000 mm and an impressive height of 6.000 mm. This giant was realized for a customer in Sweden, who had the customized aluminium gantry crane adapted precisely to his requirements.

SOLUTION: The handling as well as the assembly and disassembly of the crane system must also work quite easily, as with standard versions. Therefore, for example the wheels were arranged in such a way that the lateral stands are also stable during the process of assembly and disassembly, so that additional help is no longer necessary. Furthermore, the wheel kit is designed with swivel casters that can be operated using a handwheel. Once the gantry crane is positioned, the wheels are cranked upwards, so the aluminium gantry crane stands securely on the forks.

RESULT: The realized customized aluminium gantry crane impressively shows what is possible. Even extraordinary dimensions can be realized and designed so that operation is relatively simple and uncomplicated, even in these dimensions. The crane masters its lifting tasks perfectly, the customer is satisfied - and of course we are too!
