Hooray, hooray ! The Seehas is here !

As a Häfler company, we are very much looking forward to the 73rd Seehasenfest.

From Thursday, 13.07.2023 to Monday, 17.07.2023, everything in Friedrichshafen will once again revolve around the children's and local festival.

Since 1949, the Seehasenfest has been held annually on a weekend in July.

A big highlight for the first graders of Friedrichshafen is the "Hasenklee", which is distributed to the children by the Seehas. With thunderous applause and singing, the Seehas is received by hundreds of children on Adenauerplatz at the town hall. The Seehas speaks to the children and brings them the traditional bunny clover: a bulging cloth bag with a colouring book, pencils, a game and lots of sweets. The tradition of the hare's clover was started back in 1955. This tradition also played a major role for mach one of our SCHILLING Kran- und Hebetechnik employees as a child.

In addition, the Seehas will visit the children's hospital in Friedrichshafen on Seehasen Sunday and distribute the coveted "Hasenklee" and personal get-well wishes there too.
