Lightweight, precise, and flexible

The SCHILLING aluminium cross beam is equipped with two adjustable safety load hooks that can be rotated 360° under load: It can be easily attached to the crane hook using the integrated crossbeam suspension. The practical quick-release system allows the load hooks to be quickly adjusted and repositioned for maximum flexibility with changing load widths. All components are made of robust aluminium or high-quality plastic – except for bolts and suspension hooks – ensuring low weight and high stability.

Four adjustable safety load hooks – each rotatable through 360° under load – make the SCHILLING aluminium cross beam a versatile solution for demanding tasks. Both crossbeams can be removed from the main beam if necessary, allowing flexible adaptation to different load geometries. The crossbeam suspension ensures a secure connection to the crane hook, while the quick-release system makes it particularly easy to attach and reposition the load hooks on the main and cross beams. All components are made of aluminium or robust plastic – except for bolts and suspension hooks.

When big bags need to be moved safely and in a controlled manner, the SCHILLING aluminium cross beam for big bags is the ideal choice. It combines a crossbeam suspension for crane hooks with two holders for forklift tins, which can be moved continuously and adjusted to a maximum fork profile of 240 x 115 mm. At the front, a 4-point suspension allows easy attachment of the big bag loops and even load distribution – for clean, stable, and safe working.
