The wheel kit enables easy movement of the assembled, unloaded aluminum gantry crane – without any dismantling. Forks on the adjustable feet hold the side frames securely in position during assembly, while spring-mounted castors ensure mobility and automatic stability under load. Each adjustable foot can be set individually in height; one set consists of four forks.
The SCHILLING chain hoist combines a compact design with high-quality materials and minimal weight – ideal for easy attachment and repositioning. A two-stage spur gear and a reliable load brake with asbestos-free brake discs ensure precise, controlled lifting.
The galvanized round-link chain (DIN 5684) is extremely durable, while the ball-bearing load hook with integrated safety latch provides secure load handling. A closed housing protects the drive and brake from dirt, and all mechanical components are made from high-grade steel.
A chain container is included to safely store the load chain, preventing damage and keeping the oiled chain clean – ensuring long-term smooth operation.
Compact, robust, and versatile – the SCHILLING electric chain hoist with suspension hook is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With protection class IP55 according to EN 60529, it is safeguarded against water jets and operates reliably under demanding conditions from -20°C to +40°C.
It offers a lifting speed of 1.00 / 4.00 m/min with power ratings of 0.2 / 0.8 kW and duty cycles of 20 / 40% ED. The galvanized load chain and fixed mounting ensure precise, safe operation.
The hoist features direct control with 400 V operating voltage, 48 V control voltage, and 50 Hz frequency. The control unit, including control cable, is included and protected to IP55.
Manufactured according to EU Machinery Directives, the Equipment Safety Act, and BGV regulations – also available with optional radio control.
Reliable cable system / power supply is essential for safe and efficient operation of every SCHILLING aluminum gantry crane. Our systems are delivered ready for connection and operation – including electrical inspection protocol according to DIN VDE 0701/0702, BetrSichV, and BGV A3, certified by our master electrician.
The standard version includes 400 V / 16 A, 50 Hz, 5-pin three-phase power with integrated switch and phase inverter (CEE plug). A durable PUR spiral cable ensures flexible energy supply, while the chain hoist connection uses a 6-pin plug (IP66 protection). All electrical components are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, providing safe and long-lasting performance.
The manual trolley direction band for SCHILLING aluminum gantry cranes enables safe and comfortable movement of the trolley without the operator entering in the danger zone. The trolley can be precisely controlled from outside the working area, greatly improving ease of use and safety.
Belt length depends on crane height and beam length. Both ends are fitted with clamping device for weight tensioning. Using a clamping device, the belt is attached to the ends of the aluminum beam (single beam) as well as to the horizontal adjuster (double beam), This ensures the necessary tension in the band, and the area beneath the lockable trolley remains unobstructed.
The hand winch for SCHILLING aluminum gantry cranes allows comfortable adjustment of the working height – only when no load is attached. Each set consists of two hand winches (one per side frame) and includes a torsion-resistant 7 mm steel cable. The aluminum gantry crane is first assembled at a low level, then precisely raised to the desired working height using the hand winches.
The lateral extension beam serves as a practical addition to SCHILLING aluminum gantry cranes. It is used wherever standard lateral stands cannot be positioned directly behind the load, for example, when a gravestone is located directly in front of a wall. The lateral extension beam thus enables loads to be lifted and positioned safely even in confined or unusual spaces.
The SCHILLING packing and transportation box is the perfect solution for the safe and space-saving transport of our aluminum gantry cranes and accessories. It features a hinged lid with sturdy hinges, a latch for a padlock, and two folding handles on the lid for easy handling.
The steel swivel castors with heavy duty Polyurethan tires and integrated wheel and swivel brakes ensure easy maneuvering. The reinforced base is designed for lifting with a pallet truck or forklift, allowing for quick and secure loading onto a truck.
Thanks to the intelligent design of SCHILLING gantry cranes, loads can usually be moved manually – even heavy ones. However, the electrically movable trolley takes operating comfort to a new level, making crane work noticeably easier. It reduces physical effort and ensures ergonomic, convenient operation. Loads can be moved smoothly and precisely, even when heavy or bulky.
The electrically movable trolley allows exact and controlled lifting and travel movements without physical strain. Another key advantage is precision: loads can be positioned gently and accurately – essential when handling sensitive or high-value materials that require special care.
