Cranes for ports and shipyard
In marinas, ports and shipyards, heavy weights must be transported, or boats launched every single day. Port and shipyard employees need assistance when lifting heavy loads. SCHILLING supplies the right lifting products.
Whether in marinas, shipyards, or yacht services, our aluminum gantry cranes, multilifts, and slewing cranes are used wherever precision, safety, and flexibility are required. Developed and manufactured in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, they are used in ports around the world.

Mobile crane for boats
SCHILLING aluminum mobile gantry cranes can be set up quickly, are mobile under loads of up to 3,000 kg, and can be perfectly adapted to different locations with height-adjustable gantry legs— whether in port areas, in shipyard halls, or outdoors when working on ships and boats. Thanks to their modular design and pluggable components, they can be assembled and disassembled in no time at all. This transforms a stationary workstation into a flexible lifting point – ideal for boat maintenance, cleaning, or transporting yacht parts.
Our Multilift is also a real all-rounder in port operations: compact, mobile under load, and perfectly suited for moving equipment, engines, or boat components.
Aluminium boat crane
Where other lifting equipment gets rusty, SCHILLING shows its strengths. The corrosion-resistant aluminum construction is ideal for use in maritime environments – from Lake Constance to inland ports to large seaports. That is why our aluminum gantry crane is used as a boat crane in numerous ports, including international ones – for example, for moving boats, launching smaller yachts, or for service work in shipyards.
Our aluminum slewing crane offers additional support for repair work, for example on workbenches or assembly areas – precise, space-saving, and with load capacities of up to 500 kg.
When lifting and moving boats, correct load distribution is crucial forsafety and stability. SCHILLING aluminum cross beams are designed to lift boats, hulls, or superstructures in a controlled manner – with adjustable, rotating load hooks for optimum balance. For work in confined spaces, during maintenance, painting, or inspection, the SCHILLING aluminum tripod is the ideal addition. It is lightweight, compact, and can be equipped with either a hand winch or electric cable winch. This makes the tripod ideal for temporary lifting work in the shipyard, directly at the boat dock or in the production hall.
When handling smaller components or equipment, the slewing crane on the workbench provides support – precise, space-saving, and with load capacities of up to 500 kg.
